Nice hotel but....

Excelent place ti stsy if you want yo visit everglades and the Jets The room gad a lot ir noise when turn un the AC, refrigerator or the bathroom ventilation device

Great hotel

The hotel is recently renovated and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and many tables to accomodate everyone. If planning a one day return trip to Key West, this is the best option you will have to stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel not good

Bad: Hotel have issues with air conditioning. WiFi did not work over entire 5 days. Hotel staff is not flexible, they decline our request to change room. Breakfast changed in compare with 2 years ago and now a little bit worse then before. Good: Room was clear entire 5 days. Hotel have good location to visit different parks near Miami.

Good hotel price/quality and clean. Room looked remodeled or at least a nice new floor and bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good for this cheaper hotel price. Swimming pool was nice as well.

Good budget motel

Good for it's price. Had a clean and quiet room facing the inner court. Location is very good, close to everything. But the downside is there is a moisture smell in the room. Second floor room may be better.

We really enjoyed our stay but I believe customer service can be much better. The guest room door and door lock need to be updated. Thank you.

Nice stay in a clean place

Cons: Being able to adjust the temperature of the AC would be a nice change.
Stayed there for a few nights while I was at a training week. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff was friendly. The price was very reasonable.
