It was great for what we needed. House keeping was it or miss, when they did clean the room they didn’t always replenish towels and wash cloths which was aggravating. The room was a bit dated and had a few broken bits. Overall, it was clean and tidy though. Continental breakfast was okay.

We have stayed at the Fairway Inn several times. It isn’t new but it’s clean and reasonably priced. We tow a boat and there is plenty of parking so we don’t have to unhook it if we don’t want to. The only places we can walk to for dinner are fast food chains. The office staff are friendly. Our TV remote needed batteries. We called he front desk. They said they would send someone but no one came so we had to walk to the office. The grounds are nice with picnic tables, etc. nice pool area and good breakfast. The place is completely fenced in so we feel safe.

The property was very clean and family oriented. We had a few cliches checking in though. A female receptionist had absolutely no hostility skills and it started off our trip on a bad note because we we told three different times we could check in and we did not get to our room until after 5:15. Get there early for breakfast if you want to get a table. Overall we were happy with the facility, but the front desk employees need to work on their people skills.

We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is included and very generous. Our only issue was a very noisy air conditioner. It was too hot to turn it off so we had to use ear plugs.

The property was well kept. Staff were nice. The doors were thin with opening at bottom so I could hear everyone that walked by plus the curtains wouldn’t stay closed when the a/c was blowing so I have to rig it together. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent with leaving enough towels. Overall I would definitely book again.

Property was very outdated. Rooms are also in desperate need of updating and even somewhat dilapidated. Breakfast area was definitely not a large enough area to accommodate the number of rooms/guests that were staying there. One toaster oven as an example. Long lines/wait every morning. Orange juice machine was broken two of the four mornings we stayed. Absolutely no attempt to compensate for this and/or reduce the cost of staying there. Would not recommend this property.

The grounds are immaculately maintained, really. Our mattresses could use a refresh. Good water pressure and nice hot shower. Nice breakfast and breakfast area but don’t wait till the last minute as they stop replenishing the food before 9:30, which is when the breakfast is supposed to end.

The room was cute and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! The apples were washed and had plastic wrap on them, so hands were kept off of touching them before i ate it. They even had oatmeal. I loved it.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Very willing to help when I was in need of something. Room was quite comfortable with everything I needed. Very clean nice landscaping good lighting stuff like that. The room was clean. The air-conditioning worked. No carpeting, tile floor, which was a little weird but whatever. I like it. Worked well as a jumping point in the keys

The outside areas were pretty. Everything was clean. It's convenient to restaurants and activities and it's great to have a visitor's center on the property. We didn't use the pool or eat breakfast there.The street noise was loud at times and I could hear sirens throughout the night.
