There was a really bad wind storm one of the days and nights we stayed there with winds up to 80-100 mph. It was also snowing. At some point many businesses in Evergreen lost power due to the intensity of the wind. This hotel handled the power outage well, and my husband and I felt very safe there. Besides being a safe place, the hot tub, sauna, and pool were great amenities to use before the wind storm hit. The staff are all friendly and welcoming!

Lovely hotel just off the main highway but set against the lovely mountains in a super quaint town. Lovely swimming pool and a hot tub outside. Which was such a perfect setting for the snow storm that hit us! We had a major snow storm hit the area and thankfully we could walk to the Walmart to get some food. Otherwise we would not have had any lunch or dinner. The beds were really comfortable. Large room with a lovely shower. Nice to have a microwave in the room to heat up our meals.

I've stayed here numerous times. I booked a room due to storm heading into Denver. By the time I got to Floyd Hill they closed I70 and this POS hotel said it's too late to cancel. The highway they're on won't let anyone travel up there but that's my fault for being past the cancel stage. Perhaps they should have turned off their bookings on Expedia. Since it was Expedia, a "third party" they also couldn't do anything about it. Why use Expedia if you won't back up your service promise. I won't stay here again, it will cost you much more in the future.

The pines were stunningly beautiful. Hotel was very clean! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and workout area, but was on the run.

We had a great stay here before heading up to Granby to Ski. We were glad they had full breakfast options for our family! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Would have been excellent across the board, great and friendly staff! Very clean and comfy. Only downside is the 2 dollar safe fee. Sounds stupid, I know. But every time we stay here, we get a bill under the door for 2 extra dollars. Just stop it already. Didn't use it, ask for it, nothing. Its just so annoying. Extra thank you to the staff who always take it off the bill immediately!

Very clean!
Very clean property. Our room was so cold when we got there, but the room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They advertise a pet friendly property, but charge an extra $20 if you bring your pet. That’s not obvious on their website and fees a bit deceptive. Nice front desk associate.

Great location on our way to Breckenridge. Just be sure to leave early to avoid I70 traffic. Also good food nearby. Just do it!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness was impressive, even though you do have to request housekeeping because it’s not included ,the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the convenient location, especially during December we went to see snow and you didn’t have to drive far because in the back of the hotel, you can do sledding.perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Hi Juan,Thank you for your feedback. We advise guests to be sure and book a pet friendly room if traveling with your dog. The room that you initially booked was not pet friendly. We're glad we had a pet room to move you to. The room rate difference was 13.00, and the pet fee is 20.00 per night. If you had booked a pet friendly room, you're charge would have been just 20.00 for the pet fee. (not bad, to keep your dog with you!)We hope you'll consider another stay with us. If you're traveling with your pet, we encourage you to contact the hotel to confirm you've booked a pet room.Thank you!
