The person checking me in must have been having a bad day as she took like 20 seconds to acknowledge me standing at the desk when I first walked in and just had no pep in her step if you know what I mean. The outside area had cigarettes just falling out of the ashtray with noone coming out there to clean it up.

This is second time in 3 weeks we stayed at this property.the hot water was not hot. We stayed on second floor and all we smelled was Marijuana. Water pressure was not good. The breakfast was greak Saturday..Sunday was not no coffee at first because she said they had no cups. She was more worried about being on her phone than making sure the food was out . We brought another couple with us as well. It was not worth the price we had to pay for the stay. We will not stay at this property again.the front desk and cleaning people were very friendly but they we wont go back here

The staff including manager, front desk and cleaning people were all very unfriendly and rude. Every time we walked out of our room they would all just stare and not a one person who worked there ever said hello, good morning or thank you. The breakfast was sausage and biscuits EVERY SINGLE DAY. And when we went to breakfast we had to wait for all of the employees kids to get theirs first. There was one young girl with long brown hair and glasses who we think worked in housekeeping and she was the only one who EVER ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. But that was only once in 2 weeks of staying there. It took 20mins of running the water to great hot water in our shower and there was absolutely no water pressure. The hotel was ok but I’ve never run into a more unfriendly bunch of people working at a hotel in my life! NEVER WILL WE GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN! As a matter of fact we are moving to a different location because of the staff making our stay very uncomfortable.

I am sorry to see that you had an unpleasant stay. Employees nor their children are allowed to eat breakfast at the hotel. The staff is usually friendly and attentive so I am not sure what happened but will address the matter as well as the breakfast issue. I speak to all guests I come in contact with so it must have been someone else. The entire staff will be addressed concerning this issue as well.

Environmental considerations
No soap on bathroom counter (had to use dispenser soap above tub. Water pressure was low as well. Noise was excessive at times (neighbors slamming doors, and highway traffic) and frig hum. I loved the TV (swinging) and bed was comfortable; also appreciated the moveable table for eating convenience. Although I had a lot to eat for breakfast, none of the hot offerings were suitable for environmentally friendly eaters (vegan) as they were all from animal sources (eggs, etc.). Delicious options could include vegan spinach quiche (made from tofu or other egg alternatives), roasted potatoes (without use of dairy butter or animal fat), or healthy vegan pastries with fruit filling . . . . Thank you for asking!

Custom service was great when I check in everyone was so helpful great rooms on the 3rd floor so happy did not had to ask for it, second shift customer service desk was not good could not phone stay busy when I kept calling for service

I called this property to verify their pet policy and was told pets were allowed. After checking in we explained we would be patronizing the casino across the street, we were told that we could not leave dog in room unattended. Therefore, we checked out immediately and never stayed more than 10 min. Mgmt said they would agree to refund through Expedia, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, they refused to refund. Staff was unnecessarily rude so I would never book here again.
