“This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Trailside Hotel, and unfortunately this was a drastically different experience than the first. Upon arrival, the door to our room (room 101) was left opened which we thought was odd. After being in the room with the door closed for a while, we noticed a musty smell starting to fill the room. Each time we would leave the room and come back, the smell would be even stronger and it began to smell like a sweaty gym sock. We thought of all……

The VRBO assistant responded through VRBO text. The internet was restored the following day. We only stayed 2 days so half of our stay was without tv or internet. We went there to relax and watch football for the weekend. The check-in instructions referred to a condo manual that was to answer questions. We never found……
