THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE MAX OF 4 STARS, THE ROOMS FEEL OLD AND VERY SMALL, THE OVERALL FEEL IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL

Renovated Near Metro

Great location near the metro. I stayed here 11 years ago and renovations were done well. Roof top pool is sophisticated and well attended by staff. Bed was a little soft for my taste but wife was pleased. RBPark is an oasis in the heart of Athens. I will choose it again.

STAY FAR AWAY- this place is a DUMP

I have rarely ever found the need to write a review till now. PLEASE do not be fooled- this hotel is a dump. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and grossed out by the complete disrepair. There was dust everywhere, we pulled the furniture and found used tissues, the toilet bowl was brown, mildew in the faucet and stains and wear on all the chairs. I could not believe this was part of the Radisson franchise. I could not wait to leave. Horrible experience! The booklet on the hotel was dinged with age- that's how much in need of an update this place needs. The staff seem nice enough but i could not tell cause i just wanted to get out of there.

Terrible Experience - Pool Not What It Seems

Front desk staff are amazing but everything else about this hotel lacks hugely. The hallways are dank and smell a bit of cigarette smoke (the reception stinks a bit as well to be honest). The rooms need a facelift too. From mold around the shower and bathtub, to the water temperature randomly going from warm to scolding hot several times during the course of a shower to the TV turning on louder than standing next to a jumbo jet taking off. The shower would also leak and leave a slippery bathroom floor and, if you flushed the toilet in a certain way, it would just keep running. One day we had cups for tea/coffee in the morning, the next day we didn't. We opened up a bottle of wine to find it had been drunk and refilled with water and put back in the fridge and, after alerting the front desk, they were apologetic and said they would send someone up for the minibar but nothing arrived. One day bottles of water went missing from our mini fridge also which we didn't drink (or were charged). One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool due to the hot Athens sun in the summer but BEWARE! Kids are allowed to run amok (there are no rules), get ready to be served food with pool water over it and know you are sharing this pool with people not staying at the hotel. Our experience was so bad we may never stay at a Radisson again.

Not what I expected from a radisson

The room needed repairs - carpet old and stained, holes in the wall, the shower leaked all over the floor. The area was not a great part of town - it was far from the shopping and dining areas of mid city.
