Perfect

We stayed on the Hold floor. Quick check in and a gracious greeting. The room wasn’t large by today’s stands but it is was large enough. Dinner at the Velvet Glove was exceptional and the service was very good. We had a fairly inexperienced server but she was pleasant and readily available without being intrusive. Upon return to our room there were lit candles and flower petals. Very romantic and especially thoughtful. Fairmont Hotels manage to do the small details that make them worth the extra cost.

Fabulous Couples Getaway! We stayed only one night at the Fairmont, but it was well worth it. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a higher floor (which when booking initially it was more $$ to do that). The room was very clean, big bright bathroom and a big selection of mini bar treats & drinks!

Great location downtown!

Great hotel for a quiet, downtown stay. Staff was very courteous and friendly! Nice lounge with a full menu comfortable atmosphere!

awesome hotel to stay at for jets game

Pros: location
Cons: better parking
Location: arena, restaurants
wanted to stay close to arena, booked in at Fairmont, what a great choice. If you don't want to brave the cold temps you don't have to. Using the underground/skywalks got us to the arena in no time. Would highly recommend

Nice-ish hotel, but we had a bad experience.

We decided to upgrade to the gold club for our stay, and were looking forward to having a relaxing Saturday morning. Unfortunately, a dog barked from 7:20-8:30 am, which ruined our chance for a well deserved sleep in. The staff was very apologetic, but we didn’t really get what we thought we paid for.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Close to local restaurants and shops in the exchange and downtown. Short drive to Osborne, Sherbrooke or Corydon Village. Hotel staff were nice, and rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints. If you want something reasonably priced in the downtown area this is your hotel!

Location: We were attending a play at MTC and it was a nice short walk down the street. There are many great restaurants within walking distance as well.
Room was very dated but bed and linens quite nice. The cable feed was awful and we were unable to watch TSN at all. Lounge very nice and bellmen efficient and friendly.
