“Lobby and room was clean, check in was timely and efficient. Location is convenient. The room required some maintenance, however . The shower did not drain well. Unfortunately on the 3rd night of the stay I was awakened by the sound of running water- it was dripping down from the ceiling around the sprinkler system head and through the light fixture over the bathroom sink-, a plumbing issue from above. Resolved with a call to the front desk, but it was as an unfortunate awakening. I left that……

“I wish we had more reasons to stay near the Briar Inn because we would be regulars! We only needed one night in order to attend a few graduation events and the Briar Inn far exceeded our expectations. I could tell from the Expedia listing that it was going to be a quaint little place to stay outside of Salem, but it was really exceptional.
