We felt so welcome from the moment we entered the lobby. We had been having travel delays and they made our short stay super easy. We generally don't eat in hotel restaurants but given time constraints we had dinner and it really was one of the best we had in Italy ❤️

We booked our room months early, confirmed days before and yet were given an "accessible room" that we did not book and had arrived only 2.5 hrs after check in time, and people were checking in after us. We did request and were given a correct room for the 2nd night. Other than that this hotel is really clean, staff are great and the breakfast is amazing. But if a hike from Bologna Centrale.

A mixed bag sadly
We had an amazing stay but sadly right at the end it was a huge let down. Due to a conference we couldn’t sit down and enjoy the hotel and couldn’t get a glass of water. So no options if you are back early from a day out. It seems to be a regular procedure. Breakfast was also a huge disappointment. The staff however and the rooms were great and excellent value

Modern hotel within easy reach of city and airport
Convenient stay, short bus ride to Bologna station and taxi from airport cost just 18€. Breakfast was OK, but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately, gym and jacuzzi were unavailable for our stay.

Great hotel with good bar and restaurant (including breakfast). Small rooftop terrace is great for a quiet relax and includes a hot tub. Only slight issue is the 15 minute walk back into the town but there are good footpaths and feels safe.

I thought this hotel was great! Check-in was so smooth and the staff that helped us was great! The rooms were great, and the only thing was that the showers were a little small. Although the hotel itself was quite nice, I did think the area was a little out of the way and there were not a ton of options for food nearby.

The staff was excellent, the room was spacious and quite, the TV was ima good size, lovely roof terrace, but the cleaning wasn't up to standard, when we checked in, the trash wasn't emptied, the little paper cups weren't replaced, and left ditty and many more little things like that, i suggest that the management will do spot inspection on the cleaners, to avoid this issues reoccurring
