Hotel for 2017 Expo Fereterra

Pros: Location, amenities, and the staff.
Cons: Fitness center remodel with better and newer equipment.
Location: Expo (local Convention center)is right across the street. Restaurants and The Plaza for shopping.
Stayed here on a business trip attending a trade show. Location is great... right across the street from the venue. Good food, bar, and a decent gym. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be back for sure!

Nice and clean Hotel, close to many shopping centers and not to far from the downtown. The food was delicious and the staff excellent.

Bad experience

The hotel room we were staying in had a horrible smell. And it only got worse as time went by. I don't understand how the cleaning crew came around and it was not a concern. We finally requested to change rooms but it was a different layout that seemed smaller. It was not a pleasant experience.

Great Location and Great Service

Pros: The location and its people are outstanding
Cons: I little more their rooms
Location: Fantastic
We had a great time and feel very welcomed! Their pool is cool and within walking distance of many Guadalajara attactions and tourist point of interest

Dirty room bad cleanliness. They need to change the towels for new ones are too old dirty and hard.

Confortable beds and complete gim

Very confortable, you don't want to leave your bed. The gim is complete, New equipment, great view. My room's bathroom smells bad and it is very old

good hotel by the expo

Pros: location and security are good at this facility, friendly staff and clean rooms
Cons: It needs an update, rooms are very basic
I has an ample parking lot at an extra spend. friendly staff clean rooms that can be improved. bathroom are quite small from what you expect of this brand. Room decor it is very basic quite neutral with room for improvements

I must have been an extremely busy weekend because I had to wait almost an hour past check-in to get​ a room. I was never offered an upgrade. Disappointed.

Excellent Stay with all the Freebies

Pros: Free Breakfast and Evening bites.
Cons: I wish i got a room far away from the elevators. the elevators were so busy at night they kept humming.
Location: very close to many hotel, but nothing much to do around this place.
This has been one of the most comfortable stay in Mexico for us visiting on Business. The breakfast was free, Evening bites were perfect for us to get filled up. In total this is a must-stay place in guadalajara.
