The hotel is a bit old and out of date. Needs to be remodeled and the breakfast are not really enjoyable. Breakfast had the same food during the three days I was in and it was not good.

Same same food for five days is not that good . did not the dining room needs to take care of the chairs not very comfortable. No free channels on the TV. But the people there they were very nice they try to accommodate everything and they power for that they make the difference. Thank you anyway.

Location of the property is what makes this place even considerable since it’s close to everything, but the building and rooms are dilapidated and customer service especially from David was beyond terrible the man must of been ticked off or something he gave us nothing but attitude. The cleaning crew took one of our room keys and denied that they took it when they literally had just finished our room. We can’t trust this Holliday Inn it’s a shame for corporate to let this place go up in flames compared to its US establishments For the price you might as well stay at a way nicer hotel like the RUI or the hard rock.

Great hotel, great location
The hotel is in a very nice location. Very clean and very good service. All staff we interacted with was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is good, but they need to work on refilling the items more often. Other than that the breakfast personnel was very friendly. The hotel was very close to the Plaza del Sol (a nice shopping center with a big grocery store and clothing stores). It’s connected by a pedestrian bridge. We used Uber a lot to get around and it’s a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is delicious with great variety. Elevators work, room is very spacious and all amenities function properly. Rooms are nice and cleaned.

After a long flight you feel tired and just want hit the bed. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30am. The room was ready until 3:20pm. Absurd.

Let me start with the good.. the hotel is located in a great area right across the street from the mall and grocery store. Anything we needed we could just walk across and get it. The staff working the breakfast area was great, they are very attentive and go out of their way to get you what you need. We used the pool and front desk called a taxi for us when needed. Ok so now the bad.. We were gone for most of the day when we arrived back to our room I noticed it was open. We panicked and thought someone broke into our room. We checked all our stuff and nothing seemed to be missing. We saw that our roo. Had been cleaned and the cleaning staff must of left it opened. I had specifically spoke with the cleaning staff when they came to check if we needed housekeeping that day. I said no we didn’t and just towels please. They came back and brought the towels then we left for the day. We were gone from around 10:30am to almost 8pm. I don’t know how long the room was left open for. I immediately called the front desk to let them know about the door being open and informing them about the whole situation. He asked if anything was missing and noted that he would inform the manager tomorrow morning when he arrived. I never got a call back from the manager or any staff with at least just an apology about what happened to us. So I was really disappointed in that and on what could of happened if someone got in and took our things.
