Nine days at Portonovo Plaza Hotel

Pros: The people service.
Cons: Room service must be adapted to the number of occupants of each room. Floor must be polished and bathroom need to be remodeled. List of services avail
Location: Location was very good.
Seems to me that they were a very good hotel long time a go and they keep a little bit expensive rate for the quality and comfort of the facility for this moment. All furniture, floor and clothe looks very old and the service for towels is not adjusted as the number of occupancy of the room. Shower floor looks very old and dirty and they keep the minimum toilet paper available. However, People are very friendly and nice. Dinner menu is very limited.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was very nice. Only complaint was that the WiFi only worked in the lobby.

A.C stopped working but they fixed it

The staff is great. I stayed for a week and only 2 days there was hot water. I moved rooms 2 times. The first time the bed was broken the second the window wouldn't close. The breakfast is good

the drain in bathroom smells, shower over flows, need a light had to reported twice, never fix the problems after reported, A/C noisy and didn't work,. was change to another room and same problems. towels look like they were use to wash cars.

Old, dirty room

PROS: We checked in early at no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was nice and hotel conveniently located. CONS: Room had old, dirty bedding. Double beds so we got to chose between a dirty, stained bedspread Or the other one with holes on it. It was gross. AC didn't work and nothing they could do about it. We will not stay here again. Pictures look much better than what we got.

FInd another hotel.

The hotel is old and run down. The people managing it are nice but look unprofessional. Nobody wears uniform or suits or anything. I left. The place is so ugly and looks nothing like the pictures.

No elevator, dirty - disgusting.

Dirty, no elevator, blankets are dirty, floors don't get cleaned, wifi didn't work, it's next to gas station very noisy, you won't be able to rest. They won't give remote control for AIr conditioner, they said people steal them therefore it's policy. The phone in my room didn't work, cable made static and they said I had to switch room bc they couldn't change phone. Blankets had dust felt like sand.
