Decent place to stay for a night or two. Beds and pillows were mid at best. Air conditioning was mid. Staff was nice and housekeeping was on point. Hotel itself doesn’t offer much over the standard basics. It’s at least in a good area surrounded by little shops and spots to eat.

It’s not how you fall It’s how you get up The first three days I had trouble with elements in my room ( refrigeration ) They diligently took care of things until it Was right The manager Anthony was professional and personal thruout the entire process and did some complementary things to make me and my wife very comfortable The staff brought their a game to the situation by being extra helpful and personable They were all so impressive we decided to stay another week This place is my go to place whenever I’m in philly

We can't say enough good things about our stay. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and personable. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The lobby was inviting and spacious and fun to hang out in. Our room was bright and lovely. We would give this a 10 and recommend it highly. The location is perfect. We look forward to returning!

I reserved a Queen Kitchenette and just expected more space. The room size was extremely small incl the bathroom/shower area and the fact that the closet was not "built" for the portion of the wall it was set in (near the mid to top, you could see the mismeasurement). The computer/desk chair was slightly stained with an attempt at the hotel cleaning. Also, I was not happy that there was no rod to close the large window curtains. I closed them the best I could w/o feeling the lit up buildings across the street (I was on the 11th FL) were not peering in. Overall the hotel & staff were great -- just not impressed with the room. Glad I was able to get a discount on Expedia vs the hotel actual price.

Hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and eating in easy walking distance (definitely check out Marathon Grill!). We felt comfortable and safe walking around the surrounding streets. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful with checking in and out. The hotel and rooms were clean (though the bathrooms could use an update). Free coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good; not typical hotel coffee. Loved the free water stations on each floor - a water refill station with bottles provided. It’s little things like providing water that make a big difference. (Yes, really. Think about how much you’ve spent just getting water in a hotel!) Family of four and we booked two queen suites, which was perfect. It would have a been tight with us all in one room but absolutely doable. Rooms have a Nespresso machine with several pods. We only stayed one night and didn’t need any kitchen supplies, but it’s my understanding they are available upon request. Beds were actually comfortable. Hardly heard any noise from other guests or from the street, which was a nice surprise. Note: Hotel parking is about a half block away in a public garage. There are parking guide cards in the front entrance, which was very helpful. They also have parking info online but we hadn’t checked that before arriving so the cards were great. Don’t forget to get your parking ticket validated for a discount. We had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again and recommending to others.
