simple, convenient motel

Location: It is very close to West Chester University. It's also within a reasonable drive of the Brandywine Battlefield and Longwood Garden.
This motel is not fancy, but it is conveniently located when you have business in the West Chester area. It offers a very nice breakfasts buffet, the staff was friendly, and the room was very clean.

The picture do not match the room !!!

I checked in and out within 10 mins. There was no way I was going to allow my kids to stay at this hotel for a night. This is a motel not hotel. Not sure if it was just old or dirty but it looked like both. My interaction with the front desk was ok. The person I assume was the manger did offer a different room before I checked out.

Outdated. Chair and couch were not something i wanted to sit in. Bathroom was clean but old. Stains in carpets. But bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure. In room coffee was good. Good place for price

Nice hotel close to good eating places

Room was cozy had all that you needed but not much room to spare. Bed was comfortable. TV was new and carried a lot of choices. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Good stay near West Chester

Pros: Location (for us, near family) and breakfast
Cons: Lighting for reading on bed and to. Brighten the room.
Location: Close to church and driving distance to town,
Nice stay. Near a "quickie" type mart. Seems a little dated, but a great sleep. Good location for travel.

Disappointed with the location of the hotel. Thought it was closer to the city. It was hard to get into and out of the hotel.

Go down the street instead

Bad experience. The entire hotel smelled. Our room was not made and old Chinese food sitting on table. We were given another room, stink bugs around the window, noisy light fixtures and now I woke up with a bite on my neck. Should've spent the extra $15 and stayed at the Holiday Inn. Worst experience ever

Toilet didn't flush, beds uncomfortable. Left behind a phone charger which someone decided to keep because it can't be found even though I know exactly where I left it. If someone will keep something as cheap as a phone charger, thank God I didn't leave behind anything of value because they'd keep that too.

Two night visit

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Double occupancy rooms could be larger.
Location: Quite a few restaurants in a 20 minute driving radius.
We were in town for a funeral. The room, though a little dated and small, was very clean and bright as noted by my wife. she is a stickler for such things so to have her say this is a plus. The continental breakfast has two cereals, oatmeal, waffles breads and pastries. Juices, milk, coffee and tea are also available. I guess other rooms are larger but for us, I would not want to stay in this size for more than two nights.
