“We rented a condo for 2 nights and it was a beautiful location. The room was super clean with a full-size coffee maker, refrigerator, a washer/dryer machine and a gas stove to cook on. Our room was great! It was comfortable and overlooked the valley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large swimming pool was closed for repair, but the small indoor pool was open along with the indoor jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi. We didn't use the weight room, but the hotel has a dry sauna and a steam……

“Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

“We booked in February for a visit over July 4th. We were told that two hot tubs and the pool would be closed for repairs a week before we were to arrive. We had fully paid for our reservation and would we have known sooner we would have booked another place. Also, the room we were in definitely needed updating. The brown rugs were worn and frayed, the stove had a duct taped handle to open the oven, the stove top had a crack between the burners, and there were 2 broken glasses in the cabinet. The……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't……

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“The unit size, layout, and location were very good. The leather furniture needs to be replaced. The cushions are sagging, worn and very uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed in the southeastern bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Three of the box fans are broken and do not work.”
