“No a/c in the hallways on the 5th floor nor in the elevators in 95 degree weather. The breakfast was not good, not much variety. I did not expect 4 star but we have stayed at many other Holiday INN Express` and were very satisfied with everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the evening it was very difficult to find parking spaces. Several people drove trucks with trailers taking up 2 to 2.5 spaces and one special person took up 2 spaces with a small suv, just a PIG!
