Lovely hotel. Noisy building site next door.

Very nice hotel. Excellent bed. Noisy building site opposite was a bit of a distraction at night. Falaki restaurant could be better and offer the full a la carte menu to guests not wanting the buffet.

Noisy

There was a lot of construction noise. The noise startedat 3 am so it was impossible to sleep.

Had a bad experience at check in, as a vip hotel and im a gold expedia member, they didnt consider anything. After complaining they gave me an upgrade, but why after complaining, they should have done it before i say anything! Bad location.

Nice Hotel with Excellent Service

Pros: The suite, pool and gym area were very clean. I really enjoyed the buffet, and the staff were very friendly
Cons: The parking lot. And longer hours for the Gym.
Location: There are a large amount of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Also there is an access to the beach.
This hotel is within a 30 minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes from where I was going to work while in Kuwait City. They have security at the front door that will scan your bags and someone to take your bags to your room. The front desk staff were friendly and explained the layout of the hotel while I was checking in. There's a lounge on the first floor where someone is playing the piano. Nice spot to grab some tea or coffee while relaxing with you computer or a book. The second floor has a buffet that was excellent and had a wide assortment to choose from. It's a little pricey at 15 KWD plus drink but since I worked late most evenings it was a nice alternative to going out. The staff were helpful every time I asked for something. I was on the 14th floor and the front desk upgraded my stay to a wonderful suite. The suite was huge with a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and a dinning room. I loved the pool and spa on the top floor. I didn't get to use the spa but will definitely check it out next time I stay. Outside of the hotel there is an access to the beach, shopping areas, food to include fast food, all within walking distance. There's really no cons that would keep me from staying at this hotel again. However, the parking lot needs some attention and if they secured the pool area, they could keep the gym open longer. If you come in late, the parking lot maybe full of cars from people going across the street to shop. Can make it challenging to find a spot.
