It’s a nice hotel but the bathroom was really dirty and we found out really late so it was too late to switch rooms.

horrible

horrible. even the tiny pool had a thick black ring around it. trash under bed and chairs in room. gross. phones didnt work. advertised full kitchen, and had no oven. very small. cramped

Bare bones

Didn’t expect a lot (hotels in Alaska tend to be basic for the most part). The “grab and go” breakfast was a choice of granola bars or plain instant oatmeal. I wouldn’t advertise it as a breakfast! Good thing there was a Fred Meyers practically next door. Almost never saw a staff person. One of the chairs felt like it would fall apart. Made the mistake of looking under the bed when I dropped something—not pretty. As an extended stay hotel, they only clean once a week but they finally got around to asking if we needed anything the day before we checked out for a week stay. Glad I didn’t have high expectations.

Decent hotel and great for pets

I stayed here for 4 nights. When I first arrived to check in the lady kind of rushed through important information to get us checked in. We stayed with my dog in the room and the room had an excellent layout for me to put up a gate to separate my dog from the carpet. The room wasn’t anything fancy. I think the appearance and quality of the sheets and pillows could have been improved to make the room more inviting. The room included a nice kitchen and a full size fridge. Although all of your plates, forks, pans, cups, etc. you had to go to the front desk and request. If you had any other requests the phones in the hotel rooms don’t have buttons to push to call room service or the front desk like they tell you, so you have to go down to ask. Other than that I would probably return because it’s not too bad for the money.

Night staff very sweet, Particularly taller girl

rooms nasty had to reclean myself so i could feel comfortable to eat, house keeper never came so explains why the room was dirty as hell! only stayed cuz it was a 63 hotel online but tp be honest any pennie more then 63 i wouldn't of EVER stayed and pay.

Home away from home

I got to the hotel at 12:46, I was tired and frustrated and I also forgot check in was not until 3:00pm, well the observant young lady at the front counter saw that I was done in so she asked me to wait a minute and took off. When she got back she said she found a clean room that matched my reservation and when ahead and checked my in ! Now that is going above and beyond for your guest. it was clean, quiet, and relaxing the bed was amazing!
