Facilities Great Services Not So

Room size, condition & comfort excellent. Services missed the mark. Trash containers not emptied daily. Toilet not cleaned daily. Toilet paper and bath towels not replenished daily. Very good continental breakfast but slow to refill some items(coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, milk, condiments). Attendants seemed to be a little overwhelmed by the breakfast rush of the hotel guests. Problems with lobby computer readiness. Help from experienced front desk persons excellent. Trainees not so good. Overall facilities were excellent. Services need to kick it up a notch.
