Only 2 issue: lavy / sink was plugged. It took 3 minutes after every use for it to eventually drain. The noise from the refrigerator was annoyingly loud. Not as bad as the la Quinta in North Olmsted, OH last March it had: hairs in the bed, noisy refrig. As well.

We would recommend this place. Started our experience well when we got to the airport and called them for a ride andtheycame within 5 minutes. The room was extremely nice and a wonderful breakfast. Staff very courteous and helpful!

Facilities Great Services Not So

Location: Very convenient to airport and things to do in and around Fairbanks
Room size, condition & comfort excellent. Services missed the mark. Trash containers not emptied daily. Toilet not cleaned daily. Toilet paper and bath towels not replenished daily. Very good continental breakfast but slow to refill some items(coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, milk, condiments). Attendants seemed to be a little overwhelmed by the breakfast rush of the hotel guests. Problems with lobby computer readiness. Help from experienced front desk persons excellent. Trainees not so good. Overall facilities were excellent. Services need to kick it up a notch.

Great hotel. Recently updated. Very clean. Very comfy beds. Breakfast is ok.

We booked here when we arrived in Fairbanks a day before our cruise. Hotel is close to airport; picked us up at airport. Staff pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to get us to our neat destination. Would recommend.

2nd hotel stay in Fairbanks

Beautiful lobby and nice convenient gift shop with snacks. AC and fan didn't work in room, notified front desk and was told someone would be coming to check it and to open the window in the meantime. By 1am no one had come by.
