I've stayed here several times in the past while in transit to work further north. Nice owners. It's an old-school hotel in a less than picturesque part of town. But close to the airport, close the shopping (Fred Meyers), close the the University, and in expensive. The rooms are clean and efficient, ...
I love this hotel. I booked this hotel with a reasonable rate for two nights. Hotel itself is pretty nice and clean. You can tell that it has been well maintained. The only complaint I have is the toilet. When you flush the toilet, the loud noise will scare you. It's a very powerful flush with pressure ...
Not a luxury hotel (bring your own hair dryer), but it met our needs perfectly. Washers and dryers were half the price of those at camp grounds. Kitchenette allowed us to cool down food in the nearly full-size refrigerator and clean out the cooler. Only one chair at the table, but the other chair ...
The Bridgewater is an older hotel in downtown Fairbanks. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are small and lack sufficient outlets for electronics to charge but the beds were comfortable. Convenient location - close to several good restaurants. Must try the Bar-b-que!
Accommodating staff. Helpful information for sightseeing, dinner recommendations and staff. Pool and hot tub areas clean and well maintained.
This hotel was only about 5 min from the airport and about 10 min to restaurants in town. The lobby was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet and checkout was a breeze.
Easy check in. Clean tidy room with full kitchen and separate living area. Fantastic staff who were quick to help with minor problems like the fact that we couldn't figure out the funky inbuilt bath tub plugs! Lol!
Room was very nice, we had a room with a jacuzzi tub. We had requested a room that had the fireplace but didn't get it. I never asked or complained. The elevator seems too old to be on and the halls smell. But the room was nice
We were first booked in a room on the 3rd floor and was told there was no elevator. It was too difficult for us to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We asked to be moved to a room on the first floor and we were quickly accommodated. Thank you.
More private than a regular hotel, and we were right on the river. I'd definitely stay there again.
just would like to say that the beds were way too hard. they room could have been cleaned better-there was a dirty ol' sock in the room which didn't instill much confidence in cleanliness.
