Convience of homePosted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: The unit was comfortable, spacious and clean. We felt very safe here even when venturing out late at night for possible northern light viewing.
Cons: A dishwasher would have been nice since we utilized the kitchen for most breakfasts and some lunches. Better ventilation is needed in the laundry.
I enjoyed our 6 day stay at Wedgewood Resort. Our 2 bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the lake and surrounding property, sighting an owl, a beaver and numerous waterfowl during evening strolls. The complementary shuttle service provided transportation to many areas of interest in Fairbanks. The shuttle drivers were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and attractions of interest. Our biggest disappointment was not seeing a good display of the northern lights; however, this was by no means due to a lack of effort by the resort staff. We received wake up calls on three nights alerting us to the lights being out.

Awesome Hotel StaffPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: The staff was the best and very nice to have a kitchen. We had a two room suite and it was very spacious.
Cons: The furnishings while in decent condition were a bit dated. The bed mattresses could be of higher quality.
We checked in late and had awesome recommendations on local restaurants by the front desk staff. The two room suite we stayed in was very clean. The furniture was a bit dated and I think the mattresses could have been a bit better. We prefer firm mattresses and the quality seemed to vary some between the three beds in our unit.

Western edge of West Yellowstone, MT...Posted Aug 12, 2015
Pros: Rooms and beds were comfortable. We were on third floor, but easy access via elevator. Very expansive breakfast buffet.
Location: At the western edge of town, could walk about 6-8 block for dining or shopping... we chose to drive. Eat at Madison Crossing Lounge... excellent.
Quiet location 6-8 block away from downtown. One of the better hotels in West Yellowstone where rooms are at a premium during the summer months since this is just outside the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
