“This hotel was nice, it seems as though it’s been renovated recently but I thought the rooms were small and the beds a little too soft for me. It’s close to downtown Del Mar but about a 15 minute walk to the beach which is long when hauling beach gear. It’s close to the highway which is nice. Parking fee is low compared to other hotels and they have 1 EV charger. I loved the ocean view!”

“A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.”
