“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as was not too far away from many of the local tourist spots. The hot tub was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Eloise was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with all the bits that we needed. Also, the bed was very comfortable which is always a bonus!If I was pushed to find any negatives, I'd have to say there was a lot of pet hair about, but that would be expected in a pet-friendly place (which I love, by the way). “Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. ”

“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “Our holiday house was the perfect venue for a family break in lovely Abersoch. The property was warm and spacious, very well equipped - particularly the kitchen - and comfortable with plenty of room for us to relax. The house was also ideally placed to enjoy everything Abersoch has to offer; close to shops and restaurants and that glorious beach. Indeed, we all agreed that returning for a longer stay was definitely on the cards! Highly recommended.”

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
