This hotel was in a great location but it needs a complete redo. The night staff was very helpful. Morning staff not. Breakfast was poorly done. Not even good to look at.

I really enjoyed my stay. This is a classy hotel operated by professional friendly people. Room very clean and modern. I am planning on booking reservations again soon!

Old hotel. Could us thorough cleaning.

Stale unclean smoke smelling room. Pool area unkept and breakfast horrible.

Average accommodations. ...the AC unit in our room was rather noisy. The king bed could have been more comfortable. The pillows were awful. The room was quiet and the staff was nice.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean however the carpet at the front of the room was very soiled.

Major Disappointment.

Terrible, elevator did not work, no vending machines on 1st floor, 2nd floor vending out of product. Had to drive to the store to get something to drink. Bathroom sink clogged, shower rod screws coming out of wall. Corner of wall at base of shower peeling and appears to be coming apart. No A/C in bathroom. Certainly not Country Inn and Suites standard. Probably will not stay at another Country Inn and Suites. Front desk clerks not very nice or helpful.
