Excellent customer service. Quiet location. Lots of food options nearby. Hotel room was comfortable but due for a renovation. Carpet badly stained. Bathroom was renovated and nicely appointed.

Desk clerk refused me the first floor.

I am a senior citizen and the clerk lied and said there were no available rooms on the first floor.I informed the clerk of my three month advance reservation and she told me the cleanup help was gone and that I could not get the first floor until maybe the next day. I requested to see the manager. A short time later she gave me a first floor room. The next day the staff informed me of several available rooms on the first floor.

After a cancellation came through a room on the first floor became available at that moment. We always will work to honor each and everyone of our guest's requests. Location: Very close to food and gas!

Close to family.

Pros: Close to familu.
Cons: Update rooms and have at least bi-weekly deep cleanings to the rooms
Location: Plenty of eating places and shopping.
The room needs to be updated... painted, new carpet, hook for bathroom door, window full of dead ants, caulking in bathroom needs deep cleaning, towels were not soft but ruff on the skin website needs to specify that the hotel is pet friendly.

Joe the hotel representative was very patient and kind. He made the wait very pleasant. I drive along way to stay there and I am very glad I did. Even the breakfast was good.

Ok but could improve

Not easy to find, gps took us in circles! Walls paper thin, next room had screamers at 3am. Elevator had a dirty smear on floor that was there for days.

Dont stay their the deposit has yet to fall off my debit card they font have enough cameras the hole second floor smelt like weed the second we steped of the elivator
