Very clean hotel

The staff was always attending our necessities, the room was cleaned all days and the breakfasts was very good. The cleaning of all the areas was the most that we like. If you travel with kids, this is the place to stay.

Hidden fees

The one thing that I didn't like was that, although I booked my room online and paid for it at that time, they still held 50 dollars on my credit card. I am used to presenting a credit card to put on file for a room, but have not had the experience of my card being charged, when the room has been paid for in advance. It can take 7 to 14 days before you receive a refund! Not good. Other than construction at the hotel, no other problems.

In the policy section of our page on Expedia, it does state require a debit/credit card for deposits. It depends on your financial institution how long it will take to release the hold. The standard time is 7 to 14 business days. We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations after our renovations. break ins

Cons: security
Location: chain restaurants and gas stations are located conveniently nearby, but the highway the hotel is high speed and heavily traveled
No complaints about the hotel or staff, not five star, but perfectly acceptable value for the price. Our only issue was while we were there we saw two police cars outside the hotel when we returned from dinner. When we asked what the issue was, we were told there had been two break-ins of cars in the parking lot. We spent the rest of the night nervous about whether our car would be broken into over night. We are moving to Atlanta and probably will not have occasion to stay there again any time soon, but that event was off-putting, to say the least.

Undergoing construction. Smell of paint.

Pros: Will not stay here again.
Low water pressure. Bulbs burned out in rooms. Heat system unable to keep up with cold snap that occurred in Dec/Jan. Elevator failed. Had to walk down stairs. Paint overspray on carpet.

Good medium priced hotel

Location: Don’t know, here to see family.
Room near side entrance , very noisy. Considering it was almost Christmas not too bad.

Horrible. The place is deceiving. Fonts stay here

Horrible. First they mess up with my reservation and other two people reservations in front of me. I wait an hour for the check in. They keep passing the cards and I was charged twice. I will get my refund two weeks later. An hour!!!!!! From 11 pm to 12 am. For a 1 night stay. They ask me the sign their policy but did not give it to me to read. It was all verbal and counter and manager keep struggling and adding things as they did not remember. They claim that is nothing just sign. I reserve a king bed but those were not available so I got a smaller bed and price did not change. I was told I could stay somewhere else if I don’t want to change the size bed. I got in and thought it was clean. Deceived. I open a drawer and inside there was a cockroach. Toilet was overflow and a chair was stain and it wasn’t water. That stays like that my whole staying. I told them and they did not change rooms for me. They told me they were remodeling and that’s why the roach was there and that I should just forget about the chair. In the morning, breakfast was fine until I taste the waffle and throw it out because you can taste spoil eggs on it. This is deceiving. Place look nice but is just hell. I was tired and didn’t took a picture of the roach. Here is the chair stain.

Great location for my trip.

Location: Good Shopping, Restaurants and access roads to navigate between Newnan, Senoia and Peachtree City.
The King Suite allowed perfect space for my friend and I to share. Extra room with sofa felt just like we were in our own Living Room.
