My bed was terrible, it had a huge dip in the middle. The carpet was so dirty, I was afraid to take off my shoes. The toilet was broken when we got there. There was a ring in the toilet. There wasn’t enough supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. The water would not get hot.

The staff gave passive aggressive attitude. We were given complimentary breakfast due to the double charge mess up. The food wasn’t great. Hallway carpet needs to be spot cleaned there were a lot of stains. Other than the above mentioned issues, the hotel room was clean and quiet.

Speedy check in. Nice people at front desk. The room was decent, the elevator and balcony felt a little outdated . Also my room was next to elevator and u can hear everytime people were going in or out. Also the remote for tv just felt very cheap .

I consider myself easy going. However, the hallway to my room was under construction zone and very unsafe. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, the toilet ran, the hot water ran out on the second day. Oh, and the fire alarm flickered constantly throughout the night. The front desk told me hotels.com had to address my complaint, but then hotels.com said the front desk had to. I requested a partial refund since I still stayed there (because I had no time to look anywhere else since I was on a jam packed work trip). The hotel was unapologetic. Hotels.com should NOT sell rooms that are in a construction zone! I am not a Karen. This is only my second time writing a poor review in the near decade I have used this site to book hotels. This booking should have never happened and I don’t want anyone else to go through it.

The water for the sink took too long to get hot and didn't fully reach an actual hot temperature. There were no trash bin liners and the channel signalies experienced too many technicalities.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on a few occasions now. The one thing I would say is perhaps the elevators need a bit of updating, but that’s it.

Hotel was in a great location for our one night stay. The room was clean and as expected. Yes it was near the freeway but wasn't to noisy when window was shut. Was worth the money.

Awesome customer service I came down to get coffee thought the coffee time was it six it was really at seven and the nice manager behind the coffee bar made me coffee at 10 minutes to seven since I was already down there that’s pretty awesome!!!!!

Hotel was very nice, clean and in real good condition. They change the bar and dining area and put in a Star Bucks with limited food and beverages. Bad idea, to nice of a hotel to go down the road of cheaper places.

It was a great experience. I’ve stayed there before just all-around great place to stay. Upon checking out, I asked the concierge were there any complementary coffee? The young lady offered me a complimentary voucher which I thought was great. Thank you very much.

Very dirty room - carpeting had gum stick to it. This place needs to shut down completely and re-fresh everything from the disgusting carpet to the popcorn ceiling (the pictures online ARE NOT the room we were give! Gross
