Overall nice. The staff was ok but not really friendly. Busy on their cell phone making customers second. Food in the AM was really good and lots made so you could get seconds without worry. Custom waffle makers too! Chef in the kitchen was very friendly. Room was clean but out of body wash. Only two towels in bathroom so you might want to ask for more at checkin. Overall a nice place. The grounds are nice but out by the lake it could be a bit unsafe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The small refrigerator made a few strange noises nut other than that pretty quiet. LOVED the breakfast!

I liked that we had a view of the harbor from our room. That made the stay incredible. Also liked the fact you could go right outside and take a walk in the park. Yessss!!! More importantly, loved the coffee, tea, water bar. So needed!!! The cookies were delicious too. Each front counter assistant was very friendly and professional. Would stay there again.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a stay. Originally we had a waterfront front room when we arrived in our room we check everything and our toilet has stains on the toilet seat and on the shower tub and in the sink. We ask to be changed to a different room and Eduardo at the front desk was able to get us in a different room but not a waterfront view. This room was better but still very dirty there was stains in the tissue box and the tub was not clean, we did not even feel comfortable enough to shower there. On top of that on our last day we where getting ready and we found a Tick on the wall in our room, we spoke to the front desk and brought the Tick to show them in a zip lock bad but there was no manager for us to speak to, we left a note for them to call us when they back in. We are so unhappy with this hotel and the cleanliness of it you would think it’s a clean place since it’s Hampton. Even there breakfast room was dirty there was milk on the chairs and the entrance next to the elevator smelled so bad there was a spill on the floor that took them days to clean up. I will never stay at this location ever again.

I have a love and hate relationship with this hotel. The area is okay. Not that much places to eat the train every hour is a little annoying. The hotel needs alot of renovations other then that it feels okay.

The room was just not ready, no privacy curtains for the room on the 1st floor….uh hello? Then their fake fireplace has wires exposed underneath as it was missing a whole panel. Overall strange room, I checked out and cancelled my reservation on site.

We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn and Suites in Suisun City! The service was fantastic and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was nice to be right on the water, too.

It was amsuposed to be the best room at the hotel but the shower had no hot water and no water pressure. There was a giant hole in the screen door that went out to the balcony. The heater when it wasn’t on high had an irritating ringing sound that was so loud I just kept turning it off if I didn’t need high heat. I’ve stayed in regular cheap rooms at this hotel that were way better.

The staff was great (evening and morning.) The one thing that is new to me ( I stay in a hotel at least once per week) is this location asked for a hotel conformation number. I have been using Hotels.com for several and have never been asked for this number. It added about 10 minutes to my check-in having to call Hotels.com to get this number.

Ou room was on the 1st floor, we could hear foot traffic in the room above all night. It sounded like they were stomping on the floor. It was New Year’s Eve and at about 2:15am we could hear yelling from an argument coming from the room. We had to call the front desk to ask for them to silence the disruption coming from the room. You can also hear every toilet flush above and next door in the rooms.

Well, I travel a lot, and on Friday, 12/29, when I checked out, I forgot my makeup bag with many valuable items. I called the next day to ask for the bag, and the person who answered my call said it was not there. I'm almost 100% sure I left it in the room, and I asked the person to check the cameras to confirm if I had taken the bag out of the room, and she was no help. I will never stay in this hotel again, and I don't recommend this hotel. This is the 2nd time that I have had horrible service. The prior time, ask the girl at the front desk for quarters for laundry, but she was not helping. I had to go out to look for quarters; then, when I was on my way back, I saw her giving quarters to someone else. The service is not good.

When i booked the rooms i specifically requested adjoined/connecting rooms. Called to check if they were able to see that request and confirmed that it was all set for when i checked in.. when the day comes, the front desk was NOT able to get me a room like so because they were all reserved. If i had requested a room as such, what happened there?? The receptionist was very rude. We had stayed there myltiple times during the year but this will be our last.. had kids at 11pm running down the hallway screaming while we were trying to rest. The hotel itself is really clean which is why we booked often but after this incident we will not continue to book here because of the specified accommodation that was now respected

Ant Infestation
The bed and tables had ants all over them. We got in late, so I removed the ants off the bed, and later in the night, I woke up and ants covered the lamp table next to the bed. The morning, my husband brought me yogurt for breakfast. I put the unopened yogurt on the table and when to the bathroom I returned and picked up the yogurt it was covered with ants and the ants got all over me. The people were friendly, but the ants drove us crazy.

We made reservations at your property for our wedding. The night of the fire alarm went off twice and all the guests had to evacuate the building two separate times. It was just a bad experience. Also my neighbor across the hall had a domestic dispute and the police had to be called. Not exactly the experience you would like when you're celebrating your wedding.
