Horrible

This place was horrible it was nasty it smells like dog rooms look like they’re falling apart the walls were crack...We booked a room here in Expedia and when we got there we was told that there was no rooms available so they end up giving us a room that was already reserve but the person had not arrived yet. Then to top it off not even 10 minutes of being in the room me and my boyfriend was laughing and the person next-door was banging in our wall several times it was just the worst experience ever... Never ever again will I stay in this hotel I rather sleep in my car...

Never again.

Location: Willowbrook Mall only good thing
Bad location - thugs as customers - dead leaves blown into side entrances

Not a 3+ star experience

The hotel is located between two highways and is run down. The rooms themselves weren't bad but certainly not 3.5 stars as indicated. The hallways were poorly lit and the the carpets stained throughout. The walls in the hallways and stairwells had holes and cracks. Half of the electronic keyed doors didn't function. Breakfast was dismal. It felt like a truck stop motel and I wondered if I would get robbed in the parking lot.

Stayed 2 nights it had what me and my wife needed. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient. It's also surrounded by some restaurants which was also a plus. There was a little mix up with the rooms and while trying to figure things out and the staff didn't do so well in customer service. Other than that, it was ok

Cons: Didn't stay long enough to see
Location: Food
Stayed at this hotel overnight to go to a wedding nearby and it had what I needed. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and the staff was helpful. It's also surrounded by some restaurants which was also a plus.

Pros: Its location and price.
Cons: There was no book in the room showing where to go and what to do and where to eat. Since we were from out of the area that would have been a nice.
Location: There was a target across the street however it took me 20 minutes to drive to because of the way the roads in NJ are set up.
Check is was quick and early. Hotel was clean. We will stay here again. Beds were a little smaller than I anticipated however they were comfortable.

Nothing like the pictures

Hotel was in really bad shape, I was embaressed to even bring my kids there. This place looked trashed from the ouside to the inside .Rooms were smelly, furniture was really old. I emedeately asked for a refund. I could not believe that Expedia booked this. It was nothing like the pics and very expensive,for what this place is offering, when you can go down the block to a way better stay at Holliday inn for the same price. Sorry,never again.

Never again!

The first day we arrived, we got there to see if our rooms we ready (arrived super early) and only 1 was ready. We were totally cool with that because all we needed was somewhere to put stuff in so we can head to the city. Well around 30 minutes after we left, we get a call saying there's complaints about our puppy was barking. We first of all, our dog is a rescue so he's traumatized to even make a sound and second there was a note in our reservation stating we had a pup so we could be accommodated better. So when we got back later that night, we were told they had to switch us rooms because the 2nd room, the AC "wasn't working". We were upset but went ahead and moved. We were over on the other side of the world where the elevator was too far and with having to have surgery recently it was hard to take stairs. I was furious! when we got there, we heard multiple dogs barking on that side of the hall so we put 2 and 2 together. That next morning when I went to get breakfast, and guess what!? A family was coming out of the room we were originally told the AC was broken. It almost made me go yell that the front desk for that. Any way, about the rooms we got put in. The AC literally didn't work, the bathroom was so disgusting I had to use my parents, in their room the TV and cable didn't work and the sheets were so messy when we got there. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've had when staying at a hotel. Never again Will I be staying here.

DIRTY DEAL

we did not get the type room that we booked. they gave our room away. we had to settle for the run down dirty room they gave us or be out in the street with no place to stay. done with this brand. THEY WON'T SEE USE AGAIN
