Pool was not heated, hot tub out of order and expedia says sleeps 5 but no sleeper sofa. Paid extra so kids would have pool and the staff was unapologetic.

Morning reception/breakfast staff seemed very put out by our presence, particularly when we made simple requests like asking for milk for the cereal.

2 night hotel stay
We booked this hotel mostly for the accommodation of the pool and hot tub. Pool is inside but not heated so it was way to cold for my family to swim, and the hot tub was down for maintenance. The rooms were okay, the door knob broke in the bathroom, the tub had stuff coming off from the bottom of the tub, and there were stains all over the carpets. My family has stayed at over 50 la Quinta’s all over and this was one definitely didn’t reach the same expectations we have experienced before.

Appreciated
Hotel was clean and comfortable, clerk was friendly and saw to our needs. Didn't stick around for breakfast, so can't really comment on that.

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is older and showing its age. I felt my room was clean but furniture and room carpet still had an old cigarette smell

It needs an update.
Hotel needs an update. TV wouldn’t work and would freeze. Wi-Fi wouldn’t work. Carpet needs to be removed and replaced with flooring to get rid of mildew smell.

Great stay! Friendly front staff, the showers in the room were clean and had plenty of hot water. We stayed two nights and both were great. Awesome free breakfast.

I was first told they did not have a double room available for us. That she only had a King and a Suite. Mind you there were only about 25 vehicles in the parking lot. After about 20 minutes another lady came from the back. Not sure if she was on duty that day as she was dressed in a tank top and shorts She made some calls to people she knew was coming to the hotel later She then told Christy to put us in one of the room However After check in taking 20 to 30 minutes we got to our rooms and everything was then very good

My family and I checked into our room around midnight. The clerk was ready and very friendly. We were in our room in less than 5 minutes from the parking lot. Check-in was the fastest I have ever had. The room was not very clean. Pull out sofa had used sheets (with stains), shower had evidence of use. The toilet had stains all over it. The toilet seat was falling off. Overall, the stay was fine as we checked in at midnight, and left 6 hours later.

Check in was quick & easy but once I was in my room I noticed the double beds in the room were only full size and not even queen so it was not comfortable for 2 adults at all as well as the WiFi did not work at all when I asked the front desk about they kept giving me different passwords that did not work as the tv’s in the room were out of date and very staticky on every channel
