It was one of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had. They asked for $200 security deposit after the room is already paid for which is very odd. The room was filthy. There was dirt all over our bathtub in bathroom. The service was awful. The woman that worked. The front desk was extremely rude. There was a hotel party in the hallway that was so loud from 2 AM to 4:30 AM. We called and asked the front desk to help us with the noise and maybe come down not one person helped us. I called the cops. We were so uncomfortable in our room all night and sleep. we were there for a swim competition with our girls so we had to compete the next day however we didn’t get any sleep from all the noise from the party and going on in the hallways. Inconvenient because it’s right across the street from And amusement park gets Lots of business, but no one should go here. I will never ever go there or step foot in that place. That’s a horrible. My experience was I was Expedia. I would help this hotel servicing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and amazing. Pool was great set up and the continental breakfast was great! The rooms were very clean.

It was awful. Loud, rooms were not noise proof, shower curtain torn. Smell musty and felt unclean.

Great hotel and stay! Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned! The hallways are a little crusty looking but that’s not a big deal, not like we’re staying in the hall. But overall a great stay and will be staying here again for our next trip!

Our first room given was nice. BUT the floor was LEAKING WATER! Some of our stuff on the ground got wet. They gave us whatever room was left. They call it an upgrade from a single bed to a double bed but I guess I should be grateful.

I was charged twice for a deposit, when I asked employee at front desk they didn’t know so I didn’t have a proper answer a day later saw on my bank statement that I was charged not 2 but 3 times. Area is very unsafe due to a robbery. Not recommend this place at all..

Be careful where you park
The hotel is nice enough but make sure that you park in plain sight. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and in the morning our car window had been busted out and our vehicle rummaged. The Vallejo PD does not even respond to these things anymore, they have an unmanned phone line that they check “multiple times a week”. Changed the entire mood of our vacation.

What I liked: the reception staff was really friendly, I liked them and were probably the glaring good thing I can say about my stay at Quality Inn Napa-Vallejo. The beds were at the very least somewhat ok and not disgusting. What I DID NOT LIKE: Did a road trip over the summer, stayed at Quality Inn in Oregon and it was good and decent and I thought this hotel would be comparable so I was surprised how bad it was. Vallejo is my hometown and the city has really degraded, this hotel kinda seems representative of that too. I stayed w/ my elderly Mom & my young kids and I was very disappointed it reeked of weed all throughout the hallways, and even seemed to have seeped in to our room. The breakfast at the Quality Inn I stayed at before was nice, here it was sadly disappointing only basically waffles and OJ & AJ. The Apples looked as depressing and lifeless as how the hotel looked. I purposely stayed here because it had a .1 higher rating than the closeby hotel and I passed by the other and that’s where I’ll stay next time I visit my family, that hotel seemed newer and nicer so not sure what was driving the ratings. Anyway, never again at Quality Inn Napa-Vallejo.

Drug deals in parking lot and abusive adults with young children. Front desk not to accommodating and couldn't leave the breakfast room with the limited breakfast foods that they provided even though the cleanliness of that room was gross and crowded by tables not people.
