It was a bed

Pros: not much
Cons: general cleanliness and needs such as towels
After a long day of travel all you want is a clean room and comfy bed .....the bed was comfy but the room was a bit dingy .....the hair dryer did not work.. one light was broken ...towels were not sufficient for two people ......everything was in short supply ....the last thing you want to do when you get to a room is have to keep calling front desk to ask for things that should be in the room. The lobby was being renovated so there was no breakfast not even a muffin. Coffee was not bad.

Great Stay

Pros: Room size and location
Location: Lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants nearby.
I stayed at the hotel for a week while I am TAD in the area. I had a great stay and would recommend this place to others. My only regret was the hotel was sold out of rooms. Otherwise I would have stayed longer.

Hotel was ok for an overnight stay.

Pros: The only thing about this hotel was the price.
Cons: Cleanliness of carpet. A/C fan should be set to run all the time instead of cutting all the way off. Desk clerk could be a more friendly at check-in.
Location: The location was in back of another business and we had to drive around a while to find it.
The bathroom and vanity were clean but the carpet made my feet black. The air conditioner made a lot of noise when it came on and woke us up about thirty times. A got about three hours sleep. The breakfast was small but it was ok. Staff didn't have too much to say.

was a short stay but well worth it very clean and comfortable room and the lady who checked us in was just amazing I wish I could remember her name she deserves a raise

Cockroach

Location was great staff was friendly. New bed and furniture. Floor could have been cleaned better. Bath tub leaked water when trying to take a bath. Ac worked but kept kicking off all night so it got hot in the room and I can't sleep good when it's hot. also the room next to us had a small dog that started barking early the next morning. I told staff when we checked out and all they did was note it. Yes the bed was nice but truthful I could have slept in the car and got more sleep.

dirtiest hotel in fairmont

it was the filthiest hotel i ever stayed in. i got there late at nite & couldn't change the room. it was a prepaid reservation so i had no option but to stay there. the sink in the bathroom was absolutely filthy. the bed sheets were so dirty i even considered sleeping on the chair. the pillows smelled like somebody peed on them. i am so disappointed in my stay there. it's a pity that i have so many more prepaid reservations coming up. i have to really consider staying at other hotels recommended by hotels.com
