Alright Hotel

During our four day stay the internet did not work, you could hear neighbors on both sides through the walls. The pool room was hot and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The ice machine didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and their was hardly any outlets in the room. The phone in the room did not work and the hotel staff didn't like giving extra towels. Some of the staff was unfriendly. For the continental breakfast you didn't really have any choices and the waffle maker was broken. Unknown charges appeared on my card used to pay for the room.

Clean comfortable room

Cons: Let people know when the continental breakfast ends.
Location: Only 15 minutes from St. Louis.
Had a very nice stay however we went down too late for the continental breakfast. You have to get there before 9 am.

Quick stop for some shut eye

I just needed a quick stop for some shuteye on a cross country trip, I wanted to clarify with the hotel as I had an issue with Expedia and not the hotel itself that the check in was a bit complicated because Expedia's code wasn't working so I had to cancel with Expedia. The staff at the hotel were nice and patient and gave me the Expedia rate which was nice to do because I was exhausted. Thank you for your hospitality and accommodation.

Very noisy hallway, soft and lumpy pillows, and a teeny tiny bathroom where it was a struggle to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. It was in a good location right off the highway, not far from lots of food and shopping.

Everyone was nice we would stay here again. Very clean. Walking distance to gas station and places to eat.

Nothing good

Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Could hear everything going on in the next room. So loud hard to get to sleep then sound woke us up again in morning. Asked to be moved several times. Nothing was done to help accomodate. Staff wasnt friendly.

Less than impressed

We travel to St Louis a lot. We won't be returning to visit this hotel on our next stay. It took several minutes for us to get service for check in. Once the employee arrived they were quick and to the point. The hotel holds $25 on your credit card for incidentals that they claim will be refunded if you don't use any of the "amenities" they provide. However, there are no amenities to be found . The pool room is very out dated, the pool needs to be cleaned, and the water was freezing. The smell of smoke in the hallway was really strong. Once we settled into our room we noticed a really strong odor. It was much worse in the bathroom. I couldn't pinpoint if it was mildew or mold, but we had to keep the bathroom door closed with the fan running or the smell would over power the room. There were also ants along the bathtub. The beds were very noisy. Every time you moved they creeked.
