Reasonably priced in a great location

Reasonably priced in a great location. Across from a mall and St. Louis is minutes away. Tons of places to eat with great food.

It's ok.

Pros: The cleaning lady was nice.
Cons: The smell of the rooms and the breakfast.
Location: There were several restaurants nearby. But I would not recommend the Lotowata Creek Southern Grill.
The hotel is ok. You get what you pay for. Our room smelled pretty bad. They came in and sprayed some air freshener, which helped. The breakfast was not as good as other America's Best Value Inn's that we have stayed at. There was coffee, apple juice, orange juice, Raisin Bran, frosted flakes, bananas, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, and hot waffle iron. And it was like they were rationing the food. The walls were pretty thin and the pillows tiny.

This hotel needs a lot to br desired.

A chair in my room had noticeable spots that could have been professionally cleaned. I had to place a towel in the chair before I would sit on. Also, I was told the makeup on the face towel I was using was a problem, I was given a dingy face towel to use. They said they had s problem getting it out. There were fruit flys in my nieces room next door, etc

Alright Hotel

During our four day stay the internet did not work, you could hear neighbors on both sides through the walls. The pool room was hot and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The ice machine didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and their was hardly any outlets in the room. The phone in the room did not work and the hotel staff didn't like giving extra towels. Some of the staff was unfriendly. For the continental breakfast you didn't really have any choices and the waffle maker was broken. Unknown charges appeared on my card used to pay for the room.

Clean comfortable room

Cons: Let people know when the continental breakfast ends.
Location: Only 15 minutes from St. Louis.
Had a very nice stay however we went down too late for the continental breakfast. You have to get there before 9 am.

15 minutes from St. Louis. Easy access off I-64. Shopping and restaurants are abundant

Quick stop for some shut eye

I just needed a quick stop for some shuteye on a cross country trip, I wanted to clarify with the hotel as I had an issue with Expedia and not the hotel itself that the check in was a bit complicated because Expedia's code wasn't working so I had to cancel with Expedia. The staff at the hotel were nice and patient and gave me the Expedia rate which was nice to do because I was exhausted. Thank you for your hospitality and accommodation.
