"To no fault of the property owner, the cleaners had not cleaned or changed the sheets before our arrival. We had to call Evolve Travel, whi had to track down the owner. The owner was unable to get a hold of the cleaners, but was gracious enough to give us the code to the shed where clean sheets were kept. The floors were filthy!!! The top of the toilet tank was off because you had to jiggle the parts for it to flush correctly. The owner had obviosly bought all new sheets, towels,kitchen utensils...

The neighbors were Friendly. We did some fishing and swimming right up the Backyard. We had a few fires at night or some marshmallows. It’s not a far drive from East Tawas Where we went swimming in Lake Huron, which was absolutely breathtaking. it was so great me and my family will be returning next year"

"One of the best properties we have stayed in! Property is secluded,quiet, great fishing, and so beautiful. Trails were fun to walk daily. The outdoor space is perfect! The deck is great for sitting and watching over the water for all the birds, and wildlife. The firepit area was shadded and perfectly nessled under a canopy of trees that served as a rain shield for the 2 days it rained a little. The little beach was so nice too, we swam, fished, and just had such a great time. The A-frame was so beautiful and awsome craftsmanship, built in 69 i believe i read, and it looks like new. Clean, had everything we needed, and so charming. Beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice too. Good size rooms all around. Just a beautiful house and Property. Hope to stay again next year. We had an amazing week. Thank you for having us. "

"really quiet and I have a nice birdfeeder right outside the dining room window and you can watch the birds many different species, beautiful porch. You can look out the window in the morning and eat your breakfast and a great dock easy walk to fish and watch the river flow the my room had a overhead ceiling fan, which was awesome. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend."
