Thank you for your average response. Why was the venue difficult to find? Parking instructions are sent via SMS prior to arrival. with as much signage as council will allow.

Thanks for the review James, sorry you didn't hsve a good experience with us. As discussed three times when you checked in our windows are locked closed for 3 reasons: 1. Guest safety, some windows would open onto a ledge above the Princes Hwy.2. Even though our accommodation section is non smoking, guests continually try to smoke out of the windows. 3. When they do this they either set off smoke alarms which in turn activates fire dept to attend and consequently a fine. Also, it takes upto 3 days to remove the odour from the smoke. We understand your frustration, however this was the room you booked on a night when we had a full house and therefore unable to relocate to another room, which as explained would have windows that would be locked closed, thank you.
