"We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete."

"Room was small but workable. Nice balcony to relax on not much of a view . Shower is very small a thin person would barely fit but the water was hot. Came with a small.fridge freezer and worked great once plugged in. A/C was available but they removed the remote thinking I would not need it so room was stuffy and opening the bacony door helped a bit until the mosquitoes made their way in so that was annoying. Breakfast was very good no complaints. About a 10 minute walk into town so not a big deal and flat. I would suggest checking that the A/C remote is in your room before front desk closes. I would have rated the place higher if not for this. Again simple clean small room but served the purpose. Bed was a bit on the hard side."

"Great villa in a village with good amenities. The pool is nice with a fabulous view, and there are numerous spaces to relax and eat around the villa at different times of the day. Check in/out was very easy and the host was very prompt with help to sort out any issues."

"A very pleasant stay. The villa is beautifully built with care, an eye for detail and with amusing touches. It has not only been well designed and built, but also well maintained.Manolis, the owner, strengthened Greece's reputation for hospitality. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us an array of delicious edible treats, such as greek yogurt, stuffed courgette flowers and watermelon. Barbel was also on hand to answer questions.The settlement of Pitsidia was pleasent enough, with a wide range of restaurants and bars without being overly touristy. The beach however was only five minutes away by car. We visited a quiet and busier beach (at Matala). Overall, would very much recommend.Thank you."

"We had a fabulous stay at Elkysti, Maria our host was superb. Anything we needed, she provided. The accommodation was excellent. A short 5 minute walk down the hill to the main beach and tavernas. All of which were super friendly.Would highly recommend. "

"An amazing spot for the ultimate relaxing holiday. Apartment has everything needed for a relaxing getaway and the pool was an added bonus on the hotter days. The drive up can be a little daunting at first but it is absolutely worth it when you reach the terrace with views over the hills and mountains. The perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place again :)"
