“We had a lovely time at Cranmer Cottages. The play area for the children was fabulous, safe and very big! The tennis courts were in great condition and we enjoyed playing on them The swimming pool was fantastic - perfect for young children - and the timetable system worked very well The cottages worked well for 2 groups - and we all managed to eat together in Swallow's Nest The lounge area was comfortable The only criticism I'd have was that some of the bedrooms were smaller than we expected……

“Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night……

“We enjoyed our stay at Eco Barn. The hot tub and gas bbq were excellent. The tennis courts, swimming pool and games room were great but the booking system for the swimming pool was poor. The pool was often empty when we might have liked to use it. When you are on holiday you don’t want your time to be regimented. It would have been very helpful to have more crockery, cutlery etc in Garden house so it didn’t have to be carried through from Avocet. There was a real problem with the number……

“Everything would have been good except we had to spend lots of time swatting flies in the cottages candidate cleaning up afterwards.”

“The actual property is great, located down a quiet laneway. Unfortunately, we came when it was around 30 degrees C. Sleeping upstairs only exacerbated the issue. We stayed 3 nights, unfortunately again there was a party not far away with amplified band and singer (not very good) on our last night which droned on till midnight. The property is very good, although I’m 193 cm and had to constantly duck my head when going into the kitchen/meals area. Well presented, well stocked.”

“We had the most amazing time at Beekeepers Cottage - cosy and well equipped with a comfortable bed and seating. Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs and for us! Veranda is a great bonus. Welcome pack was extremely generous thank you. We shall definitely be back.”
