Nice hotel

I really liked the room. The convenience of the sliding door was awesome. Beds were comfortable & staff was very helpful. The only quirk to our stay was the shower. After about 10 minutes, it would make an awful noise. We weren't the only room with this issue.

Amazing price!

Took a chance and booked here for $67 a night. It was great! Comfortable beds, good shower pressure. Warm cookies at night and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend!!

One of a very few hotels you could smoke in. It was relaxing and felt like home not having to run outside to smoke.

The staff were over and above expectation!

Thank you to the staff at Red Roof Falconer. They did everything they could to accommodate me and my family, who had gathered for my mother's funeral. I wish I could visit more often, to show my appreciation.

Met our needs, but has air quality, staffing issue

In the lobby it said the hotel was 100% Smoke Free, but as soon as you walked down the hall to your room all you could smell was smoke each day we were there. It was bothersome. We liked the price of the room, and the room seemed pretty clean, but the air was quite stale so we put the air conditioner on all the time to freshen the air quality. We enjoyed the daily breakfast options, a few more options would have been nice, we were pleased with the quality. The cleaning service the first day we were out, was still in our room at 5 pm! We were heading in to freshen up before dinner and had to sit in the cafe area for an hour while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The lobby person said that they were low staffed; I understand that happens but that shows a problem with leadership/staffing... If we had an official event to go to it would have been difficult to get ready for it. Check out was at 12 noon. On that morning we got breakfast and went back to get ready to go out for the day and check out. At 10 am a cleaning person knocked on our door and asked us "why are you still here?" We have you checked out already?" I answered " Check out is not until noon and I have not checked out, as I still have the key cards" The lady said "Well we have you checked out, we thought you would be gone already". It seems someone handed their keycards back checking out, under our room number earlier. This is the fault of the desk person not verifying their room #, unprofessional.

The hotel was comfortable. The only problem was that we called an on line site and requested two queen beds, but there was only a king available when we got there.

Needs more..

Clean room, great breakfast but no pool or work out room. Pricy for a room and breakfast in my opinion. Staff was very nice!

Just OK

Pros: Close proximity to destination, easy to get to (right off the exit), fairly clean and quiet.
Cons: Room ready upon check in (towels, soap, etc.); décor could use an upgrade; breakfast selection increased and fresh.
This hotel was just OK for a last minute trip and only an overnight stay. All others in the area and my price range were booked. Rate was a little higher than it was listed for other dates; felt it was slightly overpriced for the quality. No towels, soap or tissues in the room upon arrival. Returned late in the evening and towels and soap were provided, but only one set (room was reserved for two guests); plus, no bath mat/floor mat. Bagel at breakfast, while "free," was stale; item selection was minimal. Room appeared clean enough, which is very important to me, and it was quiet overnight for sleeping--also very important. All in all, would only book again if other options are unavailable.
