"We loved our time at the Omni La Costa. Room was clean, pool was a lot of fun for the kids. We all enjoyed the food and drinks at the pool. Check in was later than expected / advertised (almost an hour and a half after advertised, and we had to check in multiple times on if the room was ready). We’ll absolutely return."

"I recently stayed in the North Tower and had a mixed experience. The room was very spacious, which I really appreciated, and most importantly, it was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. That said, I think the rooms are due for some updates. The bed was quite noisy, making it difficult to move without it creaking throughout the night. The towels also felt old and worn and could definitely be replaced. The bathtub was another challenge—it sits very high, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to step in and out. An upgrade to a walk-in shower or a lower tub would make a big difference. Overall, the cleanliness and room size were great, but a few renovations and refreshed amenities would significantly improve the guest experience."
