First trip to Fallbrook

Pros: We did like the set up of the room. King bed, leather sofa and table and two chairs. Nice big television
Cons: Get some hot water.
Location: Great antique and thrift stores
Disappointing stay at Rodeway. Lights over sink did not work. We had to find outlets, not one lamp was plugged in. And in the morning found a cockroach and the worst part no hot water for a shower!!!. Will not stay again at a Rodeway Inn or recommend to friends!!!

Nice clean hotel

Nothing fancy but this hotel provided a nice clean, comfortable room for our overnight stay. a little coffee pot was a nice surprise. A small refrigerator and a small microwave sitting on top of it was also provided.

You get what you pay for.

I booked this room the day of for quick travel purposes. It was inexpensive but the place was a dump. I found a spider underneath the comforter and the rest of the night I couldn't sleep because I felt other creepy crawlers. The room smelled like an old man. The beds we're uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice but unfortunately this a terrible hotel.

Not nice at all.

We had to use a plunger when we first got there. The walls were stuccoed, but not painted and looked bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room definitely exceeded our expectations of budget hotel. It was on second floor, super big, high ceilings and balcony, with fridge and microwave.

Dirty and uncomfortable

Pros: It has high ceilings.
Cons: The staff needs to pay more attention to detail and cleanliness.
most uncomfortable bed i've ever slept on. The toilet paper was not replaced from the last stay, which is gross. I have never seen used toilet paper rolls in a hotel room. There was something red splattered on the walls by the bed. The pen I picked up from the desk had some kind of vomit on it. When i asked for extra pillows i was told they had none.

Sticky Situation!

Had a great stay at the Rodeway Inn Fallbrook if you're dealing with sold out hotels within the area. Overall, it was clean with fresh sheets, towels, and countertops. I advise you to stay clear of the sticky icky carpets since they are loaded with grime. Nothing a good carpet cleaner can't whip up in no time flat looking and smelling incredible. No bedbugs, but the mattress cover has seen its last days! Maybe time to invest a new blanket as well not to mention the bedspread. The curtains are filthy with a few holes, but okay for the night, I suppose. I would add that the various lights and lightning system worked very nicely. When I first arrived to my room I thought there was a late night yard sale about to start because all the left over furniture was stored next to my room. Thank God the fire hazard didn't ignite while I was sleeping. Needs to be removed for safety reasons. I must say the lady at the front check in counter was very cordial and had a sweet smile that made you feel welcome. Bring your bathing suit because the pool was loaded with clean refreshing water! This would be a good place to stay if you're tired and just passing through.
