Fairly new hotel with Modern décor booked queen...

The room was very clean and spacious, however, looked nothing like the picture in the listing. The listing showed a nice corner garden tub that looked so inviting after a long drive, suffering from stress and chronic pain. I am disappointed, the listing and website are misleading. I booked a Queen because it was about $20 less than the King on Expedia and we were on a budget. Instead, we were given a FULL bed. Maybe not a big deal to some but we didn't get what we paid for. The bed was hard as a rock. It was also on a platform, not a boxspring, which probably made a difference in the amount of give in the mattress. Even my husband complained and he likes a firm bed..
"Wood" floors cleaner. My husband was not too fond of the modern/retro décor but I thought it was kind of fun. The booth-style table was nice. There was plenty of room to spread out and even an outlet and lamp right at the table (although the hard plastic "school" chair was a bad idea on someone's part).
We were upset with housekeeping for rushing us out way early. I didn't even get to take a shower. I know they are under pressure from management but guests should be able to stay until check-out time. Caused a lot of undue anxiety, I got on my husband for making us late when we were already exhausted and didn't need to rush. I could've taken a shower without being harassed. We ended up booking at a dif. hotel one more night so I could shower and both relax before driving on.
