Early check-in at 9:30 am.

Pros: The location next to Mad Fox Brewery is amazing.
Location: Mad Fox Brewery and Moby Dick.
I was allowed to check-in at 9:30 am. My room was clean and the room service was good on the following day.

Small hotel in a great location.

Granted, the hotel is small and could use a bit of TLC. However, my room was super clean and reasonable in price given the area. Also, great location, close to all the conveniences and easy access to the major Interstates. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Generous staff

Location: Location requires bus + Metro transport to get into DC.
The staff made sure I was satisfied with my room. This hotel is good for a student or lower budget traveler who wants to be within 45 min. of DC or 30 min. of Arlington with public transit.

Hotel ok for price.

The hotel was ok, they should not be allowed to advertise as having a continental breakfast as all they had was prepackaged muffins and coffee. Internet was spotty at best. There are some good Resturants in the area. We picked it for its location to Washington DC and was close to Dulles airport where we were flying out of.

Won't Bother This Place Again

Didn't even stay there after booking. I was only going to be there for 6-8 hours during the day and needed early check in, which they refused to accommodate. When I wanted to update my reservation to include the current day so that I could check in early (and pay for TWO days), they couldn't say whether I'd have to change rooms in the middle of the day or what room I'd be in. No refund for cancellation, so I paid for a room I didn't use. I stayed somewhere else that was willing to meet my needs.

I am very sorry that you experienced problems with your reservation. However, when you book with a third party site such as Expedia you need to make any changes through them. The Hotel has no control over Expedia policies.

Perfect for us!

Pros: The manager was the best! It was easy to get in and out of of. Everything worked. It was comfortable. It was right in the middle of town, convenient!
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Six miles from Arlington Cemetery. Easy and quick trip to Dc by car, bus or metro. so many good places to eat really close by.
Older hotel in a safe, upscale area of Falls Church just a few miles from Washington DC. Stayed here on recommendation of the doctor I was seeing. Older hotel, excellent manager/staff. A fraction of the price of DC hotels. Quiet, comfy beds and pillows. We plan to return with the family for an extended visit. Highly recommend. Room 303 was great.

Need a big time vacuuming. Specially behind the furniture Carpet DO NOT walk bare feet ??????
