This was the worst place I have stayed in my life.

Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: Pretty well everything. That place should not be open.
This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. When my partner and I had checked in we waited about 45 minutes in a line because the owner and front desk lady were yelling and fighting as well as the printer wouldn't work. After that, the lady at the front desk, being the rudest person we've ever spoken too told us our room wasn't ready then 2 minutes later just gave us a random room. We go upstairs and the hallways were freezing and the lights were off so it was hard to even open the door to our room. Next we go upstairs and it's the wrong room. No jacuzzi tub and two double beds we just don't need. So we make our way downstairs and the lady so rudely gave us another key, as if it was our fault. WE were nuisances to her. We get our room now and the jacuzzi tub is dirty and dripping. Now, we are just wasting our time because we only had one night to get away from the business of our lives and have a good time. We head downstairs again and tell the lady that our jacuzzi is dirty and we want it cleaned by housekeeping... She says to us, "Why don't you go around the corner and tell them yourself! They own the place. Just go tell them!" This was outrageous because this is not our job to do her work. We very much have our own jobs. We then proceed to talk to the owners and tell them our tub was dirty. The man comes back and says no it's not! He then tells us to go back up front and wait for him to get another room without a jacuzzi. But no 1.) we paid...

Hotel staff is nice and accomodating..I like the early check-in time..I got a big room with 2 queen size bed..Our stay was awesome and we have a good rest..Ready for the next trip.

We went to check into the 2 rooms booked. We were greeted at the front desk by a gentleman that has no computer or any idea of our reservation. When we tried to show him our reservations on our smart phones he wanted no part of it. For 15 minutes he fumbled around paper ledgers with no resolution. At that point i thanked him for his time but advised we would find another hotel and left. Never got past the front desk!!!! I hope there is no charge on my credit card for this or it's going to be a problem

Very friendly staff, very sweet, suspect our room upgraded as we got a heart jacuzzi room for the same low price. Hotel very close to the falls, and Lundy lane. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Pros: Location, price.
Cons: Upgrade. Stained carpet. Everything (ceiling tiles, vanity) painted.
