Nice place clean room you can see the view.

Pros: The pool had the sauna bath and water is hot, its has a restaurant and store
Cons: Nothing at all every is good and nice
Location: Close to the city and falls you can just walk by
I like the room it has a table microwave and refrigerator bed is very comportable

Not bad for two nights

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It is close to everything and for the price we paid we can't really ask for more. One thing that needs improvement ASAP is to make the rooms sound proof. We could hear everythint from the inside of our room including the elevator sounds and our neighbors which were not too loud. This would be my major complaint if I had to. The other thing is the carpet of the room, it needs to be steam vacuumed as there was a lot of dirt that can't be removed by simple vacuuming. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is great.

Good price... but

No heat control in room. Was freezing. Only one extra heavier blanket. Fire alarm went off twice as a test and WiFi was not available for our 3 days. Also pool was freezing.

Nice view from room

It was a nice hotel. I think we didn't like was the beds weren't very comfortable. And there weren't very many plugs in the room. Other then that, the room was nice and we loved the view. Thank you very much for a nice experience.

Good value for the price

Good experience at this hotel. Convenient location and staff were excellent to deal with. Only downside was the hotel lobby under renovation but nothing too concerning. Would definitely book again.

We Got What We Paid For

We just needed a place to stay the night that was central to the fall, and the Travelodge Near the Falls was under $100. The staff was friendly, quick and thorough. They let us check-in over an hour early without any problem. The hotel is under construction, but that didn’t effect us at all. The room was clean, but the bed was awful. I’ve slept on more comfortable floors. Of course, if you like a super firm mattress you might like it. We got what we needed for what we paid. No real complaints.

Cons: Free parking
It is very close to everything -- located right in the middle of both casinos. Very close to LCBO and walking distance to everything. We had a very nice room on the top floor.. only thing is there are no windows that can open.

Pushed out of our room

Hey so everything was going great with the stay but come Sunday out check out date we take full advantage of sleeping in and relaxing , everywhere over the room on the phone , and on the door it said check out at noon so we did start getting ready to leave the room until 10:45 ish and got a call of front desk saying check out is 11 am and if we aren’t out by then we will be charged 20$ per extra hour we stay. It was very rushed and stupid for them to do that when it states everywhere noon. I have photos to prove it says noon on the phone and the door in the room. The expierence went completely down the drain once that happened. I would either like a refund or a free stay and a Travelodge.

I apologize for the misunderstanding the registration card you sign upon check in states check out is at 11 am highlighted in yellow. The extra charge comes if you stay past 12 noon that was the statement. As much as we would like guest to be able to stay we only have housekeeping for so long each day and we need to prepare for arrivals. The operation of our hotel insures the lowest competitive rates other wise we would not be able to provide guests with these low rates.
