"Customer service at this hotel is excellent. Lovely views.The only real drawback here is the parking...some is available on the quay behind, but if this area is used for functions it reduces car parking somewhat. There is some parking at front of hotel and also a small underground car park, but on street parking is at a premium...we hardly saw free parking spaces during the week we stayed. That said, would definitely stay here during off peak season. "

"we arrivd later than expected as we had a traffic hold up (traffic jam) but we were welcomed on arrival. all the staff were brilliantt inc. housekeeping. People outside of the hotel were very welcoming and we brought sunshine !! to Cornwall. Thank you Charlie!!!"

"We are walking the SWC path and I wanted some luxury from camping. A great hotel, lovely staff, clean spacious room and a cracking hearty breakfast. Super comfy bed and only a 10 minute walk to the main pubs and bits. "
