“Nice clean safe nice area good breakfast”

“Tru Hotel Chain never disaapoints.This particular location was perfect. It was clean, very nice staff, safe environment and best of all, walking distance for everything. This area is a whole vibe. You never have to leave the area for good food, nice bar or nite life. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. There was a sign on the front desk saying there is no maid/housekeeping and it definitely showed. As other reviews for the……

“I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“No hot fresh breakfast as described. Fan in room made loud noise and wiggled like it was going to come off the celing so we didnt use it. Lotion broken off the wall in the bathroom. Staff was rude when asked about getting a box of klenex. ”

“When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.”

“We will never return here. Our stay-cation/ granddaughter's 10th bday was a disaster.indoor pool was not open. I spent hours looking for the perfect place to book a room. Several hotels whose indoor pools were closed had a line thru pool so you would know it was not available. This hotel did not. I was not able to get refunded or transfer to another Holiday inn.”
