“A very complicated booking procedure but finally sorted. The company responded to our queries on this but extremely time consuming.Apartment clean apart from the sofa which was extremely grubby with stains. Also the keys were left in a wall by the bins opposite the property which we were very surprised as. Normally you are greeted on arrival and the keys handed over or a keysafe is in place. The restaurant below was no problem with noise issues but parking could be difficult sometimes as very……

“Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel.”

“We booked the premium sea view apartment with a hot tub. It was stunning. Facilities were great, wine and coffee upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. Finding the apartment wasn’t easy. Enhanced signage could be used to complement the map that is provided. Limited encounters with staff, check in was via key box. I won’t mark down for lack of air con because we knew that before booking. If we stayed longer, we would’ve hired an aircon unit. The property gets very hot and 3 fans didn’t quite……
