I was trying to swim at the pool and a drunk homeless man broke into the pool gate and started harassing us and then got in the pool. There was also no hot water in the shower

Furniture needs to be replaced. Water in shower not hot, tepid at best.

Kids were ready to go swim but the pool was closed the 2 days we were there.

Okay location. If you are paying for a 2 star hotel, expect to find a two star hotel when you check in.
